CONFIDENTIALITY OF ASSIGNMENT

The client must inform Rajan Rathod Films in writing before the project commences if any material or information provided by the client is confidential. Personal information and private company information will be covered by the India Privacy Act. Separate charges will be levied on the client for additional privacy requirements.

YOUR PRIVACY

We do not share or sell any of your details with third party companies without your permission and we will only email you or contact you about work related matters.

CONTENT

If the project requires the client to prepare or provide documentation, information, images or otherwise, the client has to accept that delays in delivery from the client to Rajan Rathod Films may result in the project taking longer than estimated duration. Rajan Rathod Films will aim to meet the client’s deadline at all times, however, if a deadline is pushed forward by the client, this may incur additional charges to complete on time, depending on Red Cube Production’s current work load.

COPYRIGHT

Rajan Rathod Films will aim to meet the client’s deadline at all times, however, if a deadline is pushed forward by the client, this may incur additional charges to complete on time, depending on Red Cube Production’s current work load.

On Rajan Rathod Films receiving the final payment for an assignment in full, the copyright to the assignment is automatically transferred to the client. The grant of any license or right of copyright is conditioned on receipt of full payment.

Rajan Rathod Films retain the right to display works created by our studio in our portfolio, and for the purpose of advertising or marketing our services online or offline.

All work supplied by Rajan Rathod Films is believed to constitute original work, and is prepared in good faith that it does not infringe the rights of any other party. Rajan Rathod Films cannot provide an absolute guarantee that any specific works do not infringe upon existing third-party rights, inadvertently, by coincidence or otherwise.

All preliminary work and materials produced by Rajan Rathod Films for the purposes of developing any work remain the sole property of Rajan Rathod Films (excluding incorporated materials supplied by the client). Any unauthorized usage of materials produced by Rajan Rathod Films will be actively pursued through legal channels.

By approving any final work in writing, the client assumes the responsibility for the subsequent usage of the chosen work. Rajan Rathod Films retains the right to re-use any original material that does not form part of any final approved work.

Rajan Rathod Films cannot take responsibility for any copyright or privacy infringements caused by materials submitted by the client and may refuse use of any such material unless proof of permission is provided.

QUOTES

Rajan Rathod Films has the right to re-evaluate a quote based on any additional work required by the client. The client will be notified of any additional costs that may occur before any additional or overtime work is carried out.

The validity of the quote provided by Rajan Rathod Films is for 30 days. After 30 days a new quote has to be requested by the client. The supply of content and images or media files is the responsibility of the client.

CHANGES

All change requests must be made in writing.

After the specified revisions, additional revisions will be chargeable.

In Motion Graphics, 2D Animation, 3D Architecture Design & VFX services, changes other than color correction & shape modification are chargeable.

If work has to be re-done because an incorrect brief has been supplied by the client, or the brief changes in any way, we have the right to charge for changes made at our current rates.

For errors occurred from our side, the changes will be done free of cost.

CANCELLATION

A client has the right to cancel their project. In the event of cancellation of this assignment, ownership of all copyrights and the original art work shall be retained by Rajan Rathod Films, and expenses already incurred, shall be paid by the client.

For projects in which Motion Graphics (Excluding the Basic, Economic & Premium Packages mentioned on our website), 2D Animation, 3D Architecture & VFX services are employed, any expenses already incurred before delivering the final product, shall be paid by the client. A client will be invoiced for work carried out so far based at our current rates.

Any payment deposits (Wherever applicable) to Rajan Rathod Films, made by a client for a project, are nonrefundable.

PRINTING

Before final approval of any project, we advise all clients to obtain a printed proof from their printer before print. Any changes after final approval will be charged additionally.

PAYMENT

For projects in which Motion Graphics (Excluding the Basic, Economic & Premium Packages mentioned on our website), 2D Animation, 3D Architecture & VFX services are employed, send us your project details and we will get back to you within 48 hours, with a quotation stating the rates & completion time. After approving our quotation, a 25% deposit must be paid upon project acceptance. Deposits are nonrefundable and work will not commence until the deposit has been received by Rajan Rathod Films.

Final product will be delivered to the client only after receiving the full payment of a service hired by the client.

Any changes made to a project after the client has approved any final work, will be billed to the client.

Any refusal or failure of payment by the client to Rajan Rathod Films will be prosecuted legally through our legal channels, which fall within the regional jurisdiction of the City Council of Bhavnagar (Gujarat-India).

We value our customers and their satisfaction is our ultimate goal.

WARRANTY

Our services are provided without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not offer refunds.

JURISDICTION

Rajan Rathod Films is located in Bhavnagar (Gujarat – India). All legal and other issues fall within the regional jurisdiction of the City Council of Bhavnagar. Location of the purchaser or any other party involved in any dispute does not affect the set jurisdiction where the company operates and has legal, financial and other accountabilities.
